East Petersburg Elementary School – Site Renovations

Hempfield School District selected Horst as the site contractor for extensive campus site renovations in East Petersburg, PA. The project involved developing the site for construction of the new East Petersburg Elementary School and excavating the old site for stormwater management, new entryway, and athletic fields.
